ALL ORDERS PLACED IN THE CURRENT SALE WILL ALWAYS BE SHIPPED ON MONDAY EVERY WEEK. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PACKED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER TO THE EMAIL THAT YOU PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED IN YOUR PURCHASE.

ALL ORDERS PLACED BY SATURDAY AT 3PM WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE CORRESPONDING MONDAY, OTHERWISE YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT SHIPPING DATE.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT DAY IF THE WEEK FALLS WITH A HOLIDAY.

At VIOLETTOTI we are not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not responsible for lost packages, even if they appear in the tracking system as delivered.

The shipping cost indicated on your order is based on the Priority Mail package charges established by the USPS but may vary depending on weight and distance. 

All misdirected or incomplete returned orders are subject to an additional charge if you still want the product. It is your responsibility to correctly enter your address into the system once you make payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason once VIOLETTOTI sends you your tracking number.

And VIOLETTOTI is not responsible for delays at USPS offices due to seasonal high volume.

En VIOLETTOTI no nos hacemos responsables de los retrasos en la entrega de su pedido debido a direcciones incorrectas o incompletas. Tampoco nos hacemos responsables de paquetes extraviados, aunque aparezcan en el sistema de rastreo como entregados.

El costo de envío indicado en tu pedido se basa en los cargos bajo paquetes de Correo Prioritario establecidos por el USPS pero este puede variar dependiendo del peso y la distancia. 

Todos los pedidos devueltos mal dirigidos o incompletos están sujetos a un cargo adicional si aún deseas el producto. Es tu responsabilidad ingresar correctamente tu dirección en el sistema una vez que realices el pago.

Los cargos de envío no son reembolsables por ningún motivo una vez que VIOLETTOTI te envíe tu tracking number.

Y VIOLETTOTI no se hace responsable por demoras en las oficinas de USPS debido al alto volumen estacional.
